Program Categories
Leadership
​
The programs in this category help build the skills of leaders with new practices, while also providing opportunities for those that participate to have personal growth. Possible topics include service, recognition, and personal development.
Team Building
​
The programs in this category focus on developing connections between people. This can be through communities and teams, to have increased bonds and connections through different exercises and engagement.
Cultural Competency
​
The programs in this category are on the topics of diversity and inclusion. These topics can range from university level to society. Possible topics include race, gender, and LGBTQIA+.
Life Skills
​
Programs in this category will provide delegates the opportunities to learn and develop skills that can be applied for their lives. Possible topics include interview skills, resume building and life hacks.
Academics
​
Programs in this category will provide delegates information on working on their skills to improve their work and education. Some possible topics are time management and organization.
